Parties at Iris + Birch
Our parties are designed for children aged 2–7 years old and are full of outdoor adventure, creativity, and woodland magic.
You can choose from a range of enchanting themes – each packed with fun, hands-on activities for little explorers!
Party Themes
All parties include our usual play setups in the mud kitchen and other play areas as well as just some of the following activities that can be tailored to your chosen theme:
• Woodland Adventure: Nature explorer crown crafts and a scavenger hunt
• Fairy & Forest Friends: magical potions and a magical craft.
• Dinosaur Adventure: fossil hunting and a dinosaur themed craft
• Bugs & Butterflies: bug hunting and identification activity and a bug themed craft.
• Pirates & Mermaids: mermaid crowns or eye patches crafts and treasure hunts.
• Outer Space: space rock painting and astronaut badges.
Party Activities
All parties include our usual play setups, tailored to your chosen theme:
• Mud Kitchen: Make fairy or mermaid potions, dino “swamps,” bug-inspired muddy creations or an alien themed cafe
• Construction Area: Building dens, castle building, dino habitats, insect homes or building rockets.
• Two Tuff Tray Activities: Themed sensory or craft activities, such as leaf rubbings, fossil digs, bug sorting or moon sand play.
Party Details & Timing
Duration: 1.5 hours
Available Days: Saturdays or Sundays
Time Slots: 10:00am–11:30am or 14:30–16:00

Deposit & Payment: A 50% deposit secures your magical woodland party date. The remaining balance is due 10 days before the big day.
Our packages start from £240 for up to 20 children.

Additional places for a total of 25 children can be added to your package, and we can also provide covered space for providing guests with party food - enquire for further details.
Terms & Conditions
Supervision: Our parties require parents to stay with the children attending to ensure the safety of all of the children attending the party.
Weather Policy: Parties go ahead come rain or shine – except in the case of strong winds or extreme hail storms, when safety comes first. If this happens, you can choose a full refund or rebook for another date. We will keep a close eye on the weather leading up to your party date and we endeavour to give you 48 hour notice should we need to cancel your party.
Guest Prep: We’ll provide a kit list for your guests so everyone comes dressed ready to splash, dig, build, and explore safely. Hats, wellies, and curious minds strongly encouraged!
